個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介
徐志斌老師主要從事含能材料與精細(xì)化學(xué)品（藥物）的設(shè)計(jì)與合成工藝研究。主持火炸藥青年基金1項(xiàng)，國(guó)防基礎(chǔ)科研項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)，作為主要參研人參與4項(xiàng)國(guó)防基礎(chǔ)科研項(xiàng)目。已發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇，EI論文7篇，授權(quán)發(fā)明專利3項(xiàng)。指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生獲得2021年第13屆北京市大學(xué)生化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)競(jìng)賽一等獎(jiǎng)。
研究領(lǐng)域和方向
（1）聚焦國(guó)防重大需求，以量化計(jì)算為先導(dǎo)、有機(jī)合成為基礎(chǔ)開展高能量密度材料的設(shè)計(jì)與合成
（2）在“碳中和、碳達(dá)峰”大背景下，以微反應(yīng)器技術(shù)為強(qiáng)化手段，結(jié)合自動(dòng)化與智能化手段，開展精細(xì)化學(xué)品（藥物）綠色制備工藝研究與開發(fā)
