個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

馮旭東,長(zhǎng)聘副教授(特別研究員),博士生導(dǎo)師。2014年在奧克蘭大學(xué)(新西蘭)獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,同年進(jìn)入北京理工大學(xué)工作。目前擔(dān)任化學(xué)與化工學(xué)院生物化工研究所副所長(zhǎng)、生物技術(shù)藥物學(xué)學(xué)科方向責(zé)任教授。研究領(lǐng)域包括生物催化與酶工程、合成生物學(xué)與代謝工程,研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括植物天然產(chǎn)物合成與改性過(guò)程中關(guān)鍵酶的挖掘、催化機(jī)制和分子進(jìn)化解析、分子改造及工程化應(yīng)用。2019年入選北京市科技新星計(jì)劃。

研究領(lǐng)域和方向

研究領(lǐng)域:(1)生物催化與酶工程;(2)合成生物學(xué)與代謝工程。

研究方向:以植物天然產(chǎn)物合成過(guò)程中關(guān)鍵酶的挖掘、工程化改造及應(yīng)用為目標(biāo),開(kāi)發(fā)人工智能驅(qū)動(dòng)的酶挖掘和分子改造技術(shù);通過(guò)祖先酶重構(gòu)手段揭示酶分子進(jìn)化軌跡;利用結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)手段研究酶的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能之間的構(gòu)效關(guān)系;通過(guò)蛋白質(zhì)工程手段對(duì)酶的穩(wěn)定性、活性、底物特異性等方面進(jìn)行分子改造,獲得滿足工業(yè)化需求的高效酶制劑;通過(guò)構(gòu)建無(wú)細(xì)胞催化體系或微生物細(xì)胞工廠高效合成植物天然產(chǎn)物,利用生化反應(yīng)工程及代謝工程的策略對(duì)生物轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化,為實(shí)現(xiàn)其產(chǎn)業(yè)化提供理論指導(dǎo)。

先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金3項(xiàng)、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題2項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)及企業(yè)委托項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng)。以第一作者或通訊作者在Angew Chem Int Ed, Biotechnol Adv, Nat Prod Rep, Crit Rev Biotechnol, Metab Eng, Green Chem, ACS Sustainable Chem Eng, ACS Synth Biol, Biotechnol Bioeng, AIChE J, J Agr Food Chem, Chem Eng Sci, Appl Environ Microb等主流期刊發(fā)表論文53篇,副主編專著1部,獲授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利16項(xiàng),申請(qǐng)PCT專利1項(xiàng)。在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議做報(bào)告20余次。多次指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲iGEM金獎(jiǎng)、合成生物學(xué)創(chuàng)新賽金獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、校級(jí)優(yōu)秀研究生學(xué)位論文等榮譽(yù)。
