李欣遠(yuǎn)于2021年入職北京理工大學(xué),化學(xué)與化工學(xué)院,納米化學(xué)研究所,研究方向?yàn)榘雽?dǎo)體基異質(zhì)納米晶的調(diào)控合成及其光電新能源應(yīng)用,歡迎對(duì)半導(dǎo)體納米晶和光電新能源方向感興趣的同學(xué)加盟研究團(tuán)隊(duì)。
研究領(lǐng)域和方向
半導(dǎo)體基異質(zhì)納米晶的表界面調(diào)控合成,用于光/電催化、微納器件等光電新能源應(yīng)用。
