個人簡介
團(tuán)隊主要聚焦先進(jìn)功能膜與化工過程強(qiáng)化相關(guān)研究。近期,團(tuán)隊通過提出了一種在聚合物基底中包埋晶種進(jìn)而通過表面晶體誘導(dǎo)生長法精確構(gòu)筑MOF納米片膜的新構(gòu)想,在聚合物基底表面實現(xiàn)了高柔性超疏水MOF膜的層次構(gòu)建,解析了納米片的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)及其內(nèi)部的傳質(zhì)通道,揭示了聚合物與納米片層在分離過程中的協(xié)同機(jī)制,突破了柔性MOF膜制備瓶頸,為規(guī)模化制備和應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)支撐。相關(guān)研究成果以“Highly-flexible and superhydrophobic MOF nanosheet membrane for ultrafast alcohol-water separation”為題,在《Science》上發(fā)表(DOI: 10.1126/science.abo5680)

研究成果
主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上、青年基金、中石化及GF基礎(chǔ)研究等課題,參與國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項目(負(fù)責(zé)子任務(wù))、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃等多項;迄今在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物和會議上發(fā)表論文40余篇,申請專利13項,專利成果轉(zhuǎn)化1項。
一、首次構(gòu)建了新型整體式及內(nèi)構(gòu)件改性微填充床,并獲得反應(yīng)器內(nèi)流體力學(xué)和氣液傳質(zhì)變化規(guī)律及模型。
二、將新型微填充床應(yīng)用在木糖、果糖、葡萄糖等解聚過程,效果顯著優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)過程。
三、近期建立了微泡沫填充床氣液固外部傳質(zhì)評價方法,并應(yīng)用于生物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化和苯胺合成,實現(xiàn)快速、高效、連續(xù)和綠色合成過程。
