個(gè)人簡介
董守龍,男,新西蘭奧克蘭大學(xué)博士,北京理工大學(xué)化學(xué)與化工學(xué)院講師,致力于提升過程工業(yè)自動化和智能化水平,開展了工業(yè)測控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)/開發(fā)、過程系統(tǒng)建模/仿真/優(yōu)化、智能化碳捕集技術(shù)等方面的研究工作。近年來先后主持/參與縱向課題 2 項(xiàng),企業(yè)橫向合作項(xiàng)目 8 項(xiàng),國際科技合作項(xiàng)目 1 項(xiàng)。迄今在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物及會議上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文 30 余篇,其中 SCI/EI 收錄 20 余篇。

主要研究領(lǐng)域包括在線檢測與過程控制、過程系統(tǒng)建模與仿真、碳捕集與利用技術(shù)、智能儀表及嵌入式系統(tǒng)開發(fā)等。

研究成果
探索了近紅外光譜分析技術(shù)在含能材料領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,包括單/雙/三基發(fā)射藥、推進(jìn)劑、工業(yè)炸藥等,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)化學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)算法研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速準(zhǔn)確的多組分定量分析,有效提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率;
針對航天領(lǐng)域復(fù)合材料/熱障涂層的耐熱測試需求,開發(fā)了熱動力學(xué)仿真測試系統(tǒng),可以按照設(shè)定溫度曲線實(shí)現(xiàn)最高1200℃的耐熱測試;開發(fā)了基于兩軸滑軌的熱燒蝕測試裝置,用于檢驗(yàn)防熱涂層的高溫層間匹配性;
在復(fù)雜工業(yè)系統(tǒng)建模仿真、大數(shù)據(jù)處理和數(shù)據(jù)可視化、機(jī)器視覺及智能化應(yīng)用等方面進(jìn)行了一系列探索,并積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠針對具體應(yīng)用場景提供個(gè)性化解決方案。
